Revoke an Entitlement
Active entitlements can be revoked if the entitlement is in the Granted state or the Revoke Request Failed State. The Request button will be replaced with the Revoke button.
From the Requests module, select My Entitlements under Entitlements.
Note
Depending upon the view selected, List or Tile view, the steps will vary slightly.
List View
Click List view, to show Entitlements listed in the workspace in a grid.
For an entitlement that has already been granted, the Revoke button will be available in the far right column upon hovering with the mouse.
Click the Revoke button to open the Revoking Entitlement window.
Click Revoke.
The entitlement will be revoked from the user.
Tile View
ClickTile view to show Entitlements listed in the workspace as tiles.
For an entitlement that has already been granted, the Revoke button will be available in the bottom right corner of the tile when hovering on the tile.
Click Revoke.
Click the Revoke button to open the Revoking Entitlement window.
Enter a comment as to why the entitlement is being revoked.
Click Revoke.
