QRC - Reset a User's Password

Once logged into RapidIdentity via a web browser: https://<your-host-name>, follow the steps below to reset a user's password.

1. Select the People module from the top navigation drop down.

2. Select the appropriate Delegation from the left navigation panel.


3. Select the user from the list and select Change Password from the bottom navigation bar. Select the Vertical Ellipsis icon (Verticle_Elipsis.png) to see more actions.

4. Enter the new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, that complies with password requirements listed.


5. Check the User Must Change Password box if you want the system to force the user to change their password (recommended).

6. Click Save and advise the user of their new password.
