QRC - Reset a User's Password
Once logged into RapidIdentity via a web browser: https://<your-host-name>, follow the steps below to reset a user's password.
1. Select the People module from the top navigation drop down. | 2. Select the appropriate Delegation from the left navigation panel. | ||

3. Select the user from the list and select Change Password from the bottom navigation bar. Select the Vertical Ellipsis icon ( | 4. Enter the new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, that complies with password requirements listed. | ||

5. Check the User Must Change Password box if you want the system to force the user to change their password (recommended). | 6. Click Save and advise the user of their new password. | ||
