Import a Report from the Community

Users with Portal Reporting Admin and Portal Reporting Manager roles also have the ability to view the Community tab. From there, those users can import a General Use report from pre-defined templates into their My Reports tab.

The Community reports workspace contains all of the available reports that have been marked as public by another user.

Click the Details button to open the right sidebar on a report to view information about the selected report.

Title & Report Description

Displays the title of the report and a brief summary of its purpose as entered.

B

Number of Downloads

Shows the number of times this report has been downloaded in the last 30 days.

C

Supported

Indicates that the report has been independently tested and will be internally supported.

D

Verified

Indicates that the report has been independently verified to function as designed.

E

Author

Indicates the user who created the report.

F

Last Updated

Tracks the last date and time at which the report was modified.

G

Import

Saves the report to the Reports section.
