RapidIdentity Administrators' and Users' Guide

Configuring the RapidIdentity Appliance via CLI

Occasionally, System Administrators will have to make granular environmental changes to a RapidIdentity Appliance that cannot be done in the UI. To make these configuration changes, you'll need to access the appliance in a different way.

  • First, log into the Command Line Interface (CLI) of the RapidIdentity Appliance through a Hypervisor VM Console or SSH client.

    Note

At the login prompt, use config as the username credential. The password should have been configured during initial appliance setup.
